Custom did an amazing job for me. It was a difficult situation due to other driver's lack of insurance and they worked diligently through everything. The internal damage was much more extensive than it looked like and they made sure everything was taken care of. The repair itself was top notch. Shlomi, Carolyn, Judy, and Ashley,were all great; thank you for a job well done!

I had an excellent experience with this shop from start to finish. My truck needed repairs, and the entire team was professional, transparent, and committed to delivering quality work. A special thank you to Shlomi, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, regularly providing updates and making sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. What impressed me most was how hard he advocated on my behalf with the insurance company. He went above and beyond to ensure that all replacement parts used in the repair were genuine Toyota OEM parts rather than aftermarket alternatives. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for their customers the way Shlomi does. One of the best collision shops in Houston ! The workers did a great job bringing my hellcat charger back to life and were very quick and efficient. Shlomi kept me updated with every step and process and made sure to call me weekly to check in. I highly recommend these guys and make sure you ask for shlomi, he’s gonna have your back !

Its always like rolling the dice when you have to chose a body shop. I won big! A few things right from the start made a difference. They called me from a referral and asked if my vehicle was operable. With in a couple hours, same day, a tow was picking up the truck. The next morning I received photos of the work already performed and confirmation insurance adjustor had been contacted. The level of service and competency is comforting. If it weren't for the hold up with parts from dealer, I would have been in and out in less that 2 weeks. Here was the icing on the cake. They did a full vehicle inspection for me. Ending up changing a battery and getting a brake job ( at a great price ) prior to getting the vehicle back. This is the difference. Restored my confidence in small business and found my preferred body shop for life. Hospitality and communication. I informed every step of the process. 2 thumbs up, 10 out of 10, and hats off to you guys for having a business built on integrity and honesty.
